Winning Evening Workouts for Working Women for All Fitness Levels Unlimited 1 hour of exercises 5 days a week. Unlimited 1 hour evening weekday classes M-T-W-TR *Friday morning classes for the professional woman. Classes will focus on strength training, muscle building while learning proper form and technique. There will be guidance on balance diet, health and wellness.
